It is a service that lets you create a personalized online “guide” for your guests (hotels, B&Bs, tourist rentals, holiday homes). In one link, they find schedules, house rules, Wi‑Fi, contacts, tips and anything else you want to share, without printed sheets or repetitive messages.
You sign up on the website, enter billing details and complete the one-time payment (€20). After payment, you log in to your dashboard, set the property name, choose the guide URL, upload your logo and colors, and create your pages. The link is ready to share with guests right away.
Ospite.Smart is a one-time payment: there are no monthly subscriptions. You can pay by card (Stripe) or PayPal. After payment, the guide remains yours and is accessible without additional costs. During checkout, you can use discount codes if you have one.
You can create pages with a title, an icon and content (formatted text, lists, links). Each page can have an Italian, English and French version. You can also attach a document (PDF or image, max 1 MB) per page. In addition, you customize your logo, colors, property name and contacts (email, phone, website, social media).
You can create up to 10 pages (sections) per property. They are enough to cover the essentials: welcome, Wi‑Fi, check‑in/out schedules, house rules, contacts, things to see, transportation, emergencies, extra services, etc. You can edit and reorder them anytime from the dashboard.
Yes. The public guide has a language selector: you can enter content in Italian, English and French. The guest chooses their preferred language and sees the correct version.
After creating the platform, you receive a unique address (e.g. ospitesmart.it/v/yourproperty). You can send it via email, WhatsApp, SMS, include it in your OTA welcome messages, or print it as a QR code. Guests open the link on their smartphone or PC and consult the guide whenever they need it.
No. Ospite.Smart is a digital guide accessible via the browser: guests click the link and the page opens directly, without needing any download.
Yes, you can update texts, images, documents and colors anytime from the dashboard. Changes are immediate and have no additional costs.
You can use the Contact page to send us a message — we will get back to you as soon as possible. For password reset, use the “Forgot password” link on the login page: you will receive an email with the reset link.
